Hi, I’m Allegra Connors. I’ve spent over a decade working as a psychiatric nurse practitioner in behavioral health and addiction care, and I truly love the work I do. What I value most is getting to know people beyond a diagnosis — hearing their stories, understanding their experiences, and walking alongside them as they move through different chapters of life.

Outside of work, I’m a mom and a grandma. I’m drawn to both the mountains and the ocean, though these days home is here in Illinois, where I’ve learned to appreciate the quiet beauty of cornfields, wooded trails, and changing seasons.

My husband and I live locally near Homer Glen. We enjoy playing tennis, spending time outdoors, caring for our yard , and trying new recipes together. I’ve also always loved big dogs and have shared life with several different breeds over the years.
