Allegra Psychiatric Care currently operates as a self-pay practice. Payment is due at the time of service.
The practice is currently credentialing with BCBS and Aetna. In the meantime, patients may request a superbill to submit to their insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
A self-pay model allows for greater scheduling flexibility, shorter wait times, and a more personalized approach to care.
At Allegra Psychiatric Care, we believe patients should have a clear understanding of the cost of care. Current self-pay rates are listed below for transparency and simplicity.
Initial Psychiatric Evaluation: $250–350
15-Minute Follow-Up Appointment: $125
30-Minute Follow-Up Appointment: $175
Objective ADHD Testing: $200
Forms & Administrative Fees
Certain forms, paperwork, and letters completed outside of appointments may require an additional fee depending on the time and complexity involved. This may include accommodation forms, disability paperwork, FMLA forms, or court-related documentation. Patients will be informed of any applicable fees before completion.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
Missed appointments without notice (“no-shows”) may be charged the full fee for the scheduled service.

My hope is that we partner in your care. You bring your own experiences, insight, and self-knowledge, and I bring years of psychiatric experience and clinical training. Together, we work to better understand what you are experiencing and develop a treatment plan that feels individualized, practical, and realistic for your life.
Appointments are designed to create space for conversation, questions, and collaboration so patients feel heard, informed, and actively involved in their care.
